Toppage ＞ New Cooling Top Ring
The New Cooling Top Ring is the key feature of Shinpo’s original roaster system.
Fresh air is copiously sucked in through the slits provided in the roaster’s topmost ring (the outermost ring part (lip)) and mingles with the hot air of the roasted surface. This does much to reduce the exhaust air temperature.
The fact that the temperature rise of the roaster is kept down to only 50°C lets you use it with much greater safety.
The roast surface temperature remains constant as the air is sucked in from outside the roaster at a steady flow rate. The result is a uniform heat spread that seals the juiciness in the roast for an even greater delicious taste.
Fresh air is also sucked in along the roaster’s outer casing and produces an “air cushion”
around the outer casing surface.
This air cushion reduces oil contamination by a whole 80%, making it very easy to keep the roaster clean without fussy care.
